Halloween 2011

Eoin has been very into 'COPS' recently, so it made perfect sense that he dress as a police officer for Halloween.  He had two 'uniforms' to chose from, a traditional officer and a SWAT officer, he wore the traditional officer.  He had real handcuffs courtesy of our neighbor, Steve.  A real badge courtesy of Grandpa Kohn . . . the little man was legit!  We headed to Grandma Lisa's to trick or treat and of course for chili!  Friend the Mavros' and the Kruger's met us there . . . it was so much fun!!

Wildlife Scary Park

Eoin Dean, October 2010

Eoin Dean, October 2011

Eoin's first time at Wildlife (Scary) Prairie Park was last year, he went with Grandma and Papa Kohn.  This year Jordan, myself and Liam tagged along.  Eoin was a little more aware and observant this year, making him a little more afraid.  He still had fun!  We made it a point to find the "Fester N Rot" grave marker from the year before!  I'm not sure how it's possible and I'm definitely biased, but he got even cuter in a years time!  I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my birthday than with my boys!

Family pictures 2011

My very talented friend, Laura Kruger, convinced me to take family pictures!  I have an idea for our Christmas card and family pictures are not part of it!  But I'm so glad she convinced me (even if I am 20lbs heavier than I would like to be!)

Meeting Grayson!

Grayson Dean, Eoin and Liam's newest cousin, and Aidan's little brother was born in July, but I didn't get to officially meet him, get my hands on him and snuggle him until Ashley and Nick visited!  He is just perfect!  Eoin and Aidan of course always pick up right where they leave off and were each others best friends for the weekend (and really for always, but they just don't get to see each other every day!).

Auntie Ciarra and my only nephew (although I love all my nieces!)

Best buddies to be, Liam and Grayson.

The two crazy kids ;)

My sweetie pie!

he needed snuggles too, especially after I was loving on Grayson, some little man might just be a bit of a momma's boy

*full disclose:  I stole this pictures from Ashley ;)

Grand Grandparents!

Grandparents Day at Little Jewels made for a handful for Grandma and Grandpa Kohn . . . there were two little Kohn boys to celebrate with!

Eoin and Liam are so lucky to have amazing grandparents on each side, but Grandma and Grandpa Kohn are lucky enough to be in town so they were able to attend.  Eoin is very thankful for Grandma Kohn and had to have some flowers for her arrival.  He also wanted her to feel like the most special grandma there and I think he succeeded!

Little moments

Three has been a little bit of a trying age.  Eoin is constantly testing us to see what he can get away with and he has been a little disobedient at school.  He is still the sweet, caring little boy; he is just sweet and caring with a little bit of three-year-old attitude thrown in the mix.  He has had quite a few changes in the last several months, and one big one with the addition of Liam Paul to our family.  Sometimes I think I treat him or expect that he should act like a much older boy, but I have to keep reminding myself that he is only three.  He needs to be dirty, break stuff, giggle, shout, explore, push boundaries, etc.  He is only a three year old little boy.  Sweet moments bring me back to Earth . . .

Liam Paul's Christening

On August 21, 2011 Liam Paul was welcomed into the Catholic Church.  He is very lucky to have two amazing God-Parents.  Auntie Kelly and Jay McGee accepted the role.  Here are a few pictures of the big event!  He was such a great little boy during the whole mass and even afterwards.  His Christening gown is the same one that Eoin wore and is made from Grandma Kohn's wedding dress!
