Last night we actually had some 'down time' and made our way across the street to our pool. Eoin is obsessed with the water. He has very little fear and handles himself pretty well. We have him signed up to begin swim lessons on August 23rd, so hopefully he will drop the floaties quickly after that. Last Thursday he took a swim test to determine which class would be best for him and he 'passed' it allowing him to skip over the 'nervous beginners' and 'young 3's' group and start the official lessons. In the meantime, we are trying to eat up every last minute of summer which will include evenings in the pool!
